Design for Exeter’s Imaginative literary festival

This year, the creative team at Drive was asked to create marketing materials and the brochure design for Extreme Imagination, Exeter’s festival of writing and stories, which aims to enthuse and inspire children and young people about stories, showcase quality writing and nurture talent. A wide variety of reading, writing and illustration events, as well as workshops and performances spanned the whole of Exeter during the October half term, with celebrated authors providing special readings for captivated audiences of all ages.

Using the festival’s imaginative portfolio of imagery, the team at Drive designed a vivid, A5 16-page brochure to showcase this year’s events, along with digital marketing assets, promotional banners and posters to advertise the event within the city of Exeter – appropriately for a literary festival, Drive also designed a festival bookmark.
