Adventurer, expedition leader, ex-Royal Marine, marine biologist and broadcaster Monty Halls, required an adaptation and evolution of his brand identity.
The existing logo identity focussed on rugged adventure and while exploration is still a passion for Monty, the new identity needed to reposition his personal brand to attract a more corporate audience – where Monty applies himself as a corporate leadership trainer and as an inspirational speaker.
Subtle refinements of the pictorial mark and typography retain the essence of Monty’s wild side, but streamline and simplify it for this new purpose. Brand hierarchy, colour, texture, imagery and typography act to both simultaneously distinguish and unite the subsidiary brands. This new brand architecture would be most visible through the new Monty Halls website.
